Twilight, because impressionable teenage girls will read it and think that abusive relationships are okay! And Twilight is clearly the only book that features a girl in a relationship with a controlling man who treats her badly. So it's not like we'd also have to ban books like Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, or Their Eyes Were Watching God (all books which high school English classes have been known to actually assign). We definitely wouldn't have to ban half the romance genre, a lot of YA supernatural/vampire fiction, or 90% of shoujo manga. No, because Twilight is the only book ever that features this horrible, horrible theme, and it and it alone will corrupt teenagers, by removing Twilight this problem will be completely solved.
Oh, and its writing quality is uniquely horrible, too. There is no other book ever that is as poorly-written as Twilight. No other novel ever written has poor pacing, flat characters, purple prose, or a tendency to overuse certain words. The very existence of Twilight drags the average quality of all literature down significantly.
In conclusion, Twilight is solely responsible for all the ills of society, and that is why it should be banned.
